ACCESS RULES

All visitors, working staff, exhibitors, guests, company representatives, and service providers must obtain the necessary entry permits from the Organiser to access the Premises.

Exhibitors are required to pre-register online via official DIMDEX website or Register Now. All submitted names will be subject to security clearance procedures.

Registration requirements for visitors from inside Qatar:

1- A clear copy of Qatari ID

Registration requirements for visitors from outside Qatar:

1- A clear copy of passport

2- A clear passport photo

Upon successful registration and approval, electronic visas will be issued to applicants requiring them, with all associated fees payable by the applicant.

Visitors who have not pre-registered must complete a registration form available at the on-site registration counter and present it, along with a valid photo identification document (passport or Qatari ID), to receive their badge.

For security purposes, the Organiser or the Owner reserves the right to stop and search any person entering the Premises and may deny access to any individual or object deemed to pose a security risk.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, waive, or supplement these Rules, either generally or in specific cases, to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and to serve the best interests of the Event.

No individuals under the age of 16, including children of exhibitors, will be permitted entry during the tenancy period.
