DIMDEX attracts thousands of visitors from around the world. Industry visitors represent prime contractors, second tier industry suppliers and subject matter experts in the air, land, sea and cybersecurity domains.
Key decision makers are represented by VIP delegations comprising state dignitaries, government officials, and chief executives.
All visitors, working staff, exhibitors, guests, representatives of companies and service providers must obtain the necessary entry permits from the organizer admit to the Premises.
Exhibitors must pre-register online using the official website of DIMDEX, and their names will be subject to security clearance procedures.
Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online using the official website of DIMDEX, upon which an electronic confirmation page will be provided. Visitors should present a copy of the electronic confirmation page along with a supporting valid personal photographic identity document to immediately obtain a Badge.
If a visitor did not pre-register, he/she is required to fill in a registration form available at the registration counter and present it along with a supporting valid personal photographic identity document to immediately obtain a Badge.
The Organiser or Owner may, for security purposes, stop and search persons entering the Premises and shall be entitled to refuse access to any person or object if they consider it to be a risk to the security of the Premises.
The Organiser reserves the right to waive, alter or add to any of these Rules in the interests of the Event whether generally or in any particular case to account for unforeseen circumstances.
No person under the age of 16 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period.
DIMDEX 2022 will take place at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), which is half an hour directly from Hamad International Airport only and twenty minutes’ drive from Doha’s city centre.
