All visitors, exhibitors, guests, representatives of companies, stand personnel and service providers must obtain the necessary entry permits from the organiser admit to the Premises.
Exhibitors must pre-register online using the official website of DIMDEX, and will be subject to security clearance procedures.
Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online using the official website of DIMDEX, upon which an electronic confirmation will be provided. Visitors should present a copy of the electronic confirmation along with a supporting valid personal photographic identity document to immediately obtain a Badge.
If a visitor did not pre-register, he/she is required to fill in a registration form available at the registration counter and present it along with a supporting valid personal photographic identity document in order to obtain a Badge.
The Organiser or Owner may, for security purposes, stop and search persons entering the Premises and shall be entitled to refuse access to any person or object if they consider it to be a risk to the security of the Premises.
The Organiser reserves the right to waive, alter or add to any of these Rules in the interests of the Event whether generally or in any particular case to account for unforeseen circumstances.
No person under the age of 16 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period.
