The Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB) operates under the Republic of Türkiye as the primary authority for defence procurement, acquisition, and sectoral regulation. As the system and sub-system provider to the Turkish Armed Forces, Police, Gendarmerie, Coast Guard, Intelligence Agency, and other government entitites, SSB ensures the provision of advanced defense industry products and security solutions. In addition to the procurement and regulation, SSB plays a vital role in developing Türkiye's defense industry ecosystem. It fosters innovation and enables international partnerships to enhance defense capabilities of both Türkiye and its allies.
