ARTEC BOXER UK was founded in 2023 as a 100% subsidiary of ARTEC GmbH. Key business is In-Service Support for the British BOXER MIV fleet and focal point for certain export cases. ARTEC GmbH itself is a Joint Venture of Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, Rheinmetall Landsysteme and Rheinmetall Defence Nederland with the headquarter based in Munich. ARTEC GmbH is OEM for the 8x8 BOXER vehicle and acting as the prime contractor for BOXER for Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
